White Peony Tea

This delicate white tea, which lightens and clears the mind, comes from leaves plucked in China only on two particular days of the year, just before the buds open.  It brings a feeling of relaxed alertness without nervousness. It has a subtle, clean flavor that is best appreciated without milk or sweetener. A 1 oz. tin provides about 15 cups of tea.
